Suddenly in the 1990s, there was a shift where we said ‘‘we want it all out, we want to sell it all, and then we want to build this pension fund,’’ right? The rationality behind that would probably be that it’s worth more as stock, on the international global market, than as a petroleum resource, in the indefinite future. A speculation could be that they saw sort of a negative effects on the price of petroleum due to climate change issues, in a not so far future.
