A depressed city

There are 60 sewers coming in. And they even go in the lower river, this place here, from here to here, including the Buffalo river. All the water that goes through here. And there are more down there, but just this area which is the most populated. So people use medication, so we find cafeine, all kinds of antibiotics, all kinds of antidepressants, the serototine, a lot of those, because I think Buffalo is a very depressed city…
